  May independently create and manage accounts.

  Must be 18 years or older.

You agree to maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel anytime through account settings. No refunds for partial periods.

4.1 Permitted Uses

• Creating courses and lesson plans
• Generating educational content
• Tracking student progress
• AI tutoring and learning

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Violating laws or regulations
• Impersonating others
• Interfering with the Service
• Academic dishonesty or cheating
• Uploading harmful content

5.1 Ownership

EduVerseAI owns all platform content. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a license to operate the Service.

5.2 Student Data Protection

• Student data will NOT be used for advertising
• We will NEVER sell student data
• Data used solely for educational purposes

5.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided as-is. Users should review for accuracy and appropriateness.

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

6.1 COPPA Compliance

• Verifiable parental consent for users under 13
• Parents can review and delete child's data

6.2 FERPA Compliance

• We act as school official under FERPA
• Student records used only for authorized purposes

7.1 Your Rights

You may terminate your account anytime through settings or by contacting support@eduverseai.xyz

7.2 Our Rights

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal requirements, or extended inactivity.

7.3 Data Export

Export your data before termination. After termination, data may be retained as required by law.

8.1 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law.

9.2 Arbitration

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Schools may opt out within 30 days.

We may modify these Terms at any time with 30 days notice for material changes.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
